What inspired you to write this Chapbook/Book? What else should we know about it? Or just add the Blurb.

2020 was a challenging year, it was the year of work and sweat mingled in tears. Our thoughts and prayers go out to every family that lost a loved one.

While the year was wiping it’s feet about to leave, STRIPES Magazine put out a call for FRUITS.

Her Issue 1: Volume II. A call to create simthing soothing, edible and fresh: Fruits.

What was your journey to publication like?

(Editor: Abasiama Udom writing)

Tiring but inspiring. As editor for Stripes Magazine I got to meet different writers and editors. I could now see that the process to curating a magazine was not easy at all. Having to choose and reject pieces, revert to your team and more, but it produced a beautiful collection so it was worth it.

Any upcoming Chapbook/Book releases? Upcoming poems in magazines?

No upcoming release yet. We are looking at opening during April (April 10) for readings again. For now we enjoy fruits.

Pay it Forward – Promote your favorite Charity, tell us why you love it, add a link.

Stripes Magazine is yet to officially take up supporting a favourite charity. However as editor-in-chief, Right now I support a church organization and donation group in Nigeria, we have no links as at yet but my next support group from June would be Rotary Club. I love what they did with the polio project so here’s their link. ‎https://www.rotary.org/en/donate
